Intern Doctor License and Certificate Recognation

I have a friend who has Bachelor Certificate in medicine from IRAQ and she moved to Canada-Ontario as a Refugee now she is looking for some institute or somebody to help her in order to match and recognize her certification , and she wanna to start studying to become a specialist Doctor because she just finished internship in IRAQ.
is anybody have information to help?? I appreciate your help

She will have to follow the process outlined on the following website to get her education in Iraq recognized. She should expect this process to take a few years.

Thank you for your Reply but I just want to know that where to start just the start point because somebody told her that there are some exams she has to pass but how to study and where to do the test ? if you have more details its pleasure to know
