I received my Pre-arrival letter last Oct.15, 2020 and nothing follows after. Some applicants under the same pathway received their Eligibility and Pre-Arrival at the same time. My question is, are there some instances that Pre-A lletter comes first before Eligibility letter? I need help .Please enlighten me .
