Highlights :

CHC does not care if you notarize a doc. Infact they are skeptical even of original docs because of master forgerys.

Chandigarh has only about 5-10 visa officers. Big Load for them.

Chandigarh is apparantly the most corrupt state and perhaps even visa office in the world for them. Very hard to make out genuine students.

Delhi had an anti fraud unit apparantly to check all docs.

VO have complete authority depending on their gut feeling. No justification required.

Funny parts -

CHC Delhi head is telling them, there are actually people outside the consulate in chand who claim to be VO and take money...lol.

CHC explains that they receive numerous applocations with letters from indian government officials expecting them to instant stamp it. haha, people inside chc must be laughing at such stuff

CHC also saved one of the fake documents submitted to them to show to everyone because they consider it a real master forgery, cant tell the difference lol.

Based on their conversation i think it is easy for them to identify which file is prepared by consultant and student itself..

Moreover I think GIC and payment of 1st year tuition fees came is concept because of fraud bank statement/loan,etc. (based on their conversation it seems so).

The more the volume of fake documents the more the rate of rejections. (somewhere they mentioned that too)

Yes, probably.

I liked how straight forward they were. Didnt hesitate at all to ask questions like how delhi gives visas to such people who get stopped at the port of entry. Also gives us a true idea of the troubles they face when looking at a file.
