I am planning to apply for PR under CEC category.
I got transferred from my India office to Canada office. Also, both offers are the full-time position. Since it was an intercompany transfer,hence, no LMIA was done by the company during the process.
In EOI application under "Intended work in Canada" section, there was a question which states : Do you have a valid offer letter?
Someone suggested me that I should Answer NO as I do not have an LMIA.
Just wanted to confirm the same.
