Hi LegalFalcon,

Regarding the section "Intented work in Canada" and the question whether you have job offer for atleast 1 year.

I am currently working in Canada and when they gave me the job offer (dated Oct 2018) it is specified that the job offer is for a fixed term of 2 years and there up on will be extended based on the work visa approvals.

Can I submit an answer "yes" to the job offer question even though I might be short of 3 months for a year.

Thanks

Your job offer (arranged employment) letter should specifically state future permanent employment of an indeterminate period of time, upon approval of PR application. It should not have any end date which is the case in your letter. There are high chances this letter will not be enough proof for the points you are claiming against arranged employment.

Just get the employer to write up a new letter. It's very likely they want to retain you and will help you out since they have already played some role in your closed WP application. Good luck!
