Hi.I wish to inquire why the February 2018 Canadian Visa application form keeps insisting on a DLI number for Niagara Collega Welland to be 20 digits when the exact number of digits for the college is 12. Thus, the form refuses to produce a barcode on the basis that the number of digits should be 20. Please how can this problem be resolved. Thanks

It is up to 20 you can enter 12 just fine. Make sure the first letter is the letter O (Oh) not the number 0 (zero).
