Dear Seniors...
Good evening. My apologies first if i have raised any FAQ here. Your valuable input will boost up my confidence for getting prepared. Recently I have planned to move in Canada. i cannot judge myself if i can meet the immigration points for Provincial program. Please advice if i can qualify for any PNP upon following standing:

Education : 4 years Bachelor (BBA)
Work Experience: 3 Years (Accounts Dept.)
Age: 30 yrs
IELTS: L-6.5 R-5 W-6 S-6
Close Relative: Brother-in law, PR for less than 6 months

Do I need to go for a French course to increase my score?

Do you have a Spouse or Common Law?
Are your work experience and education from Canada?
If not, assuming you are single, you current CRS is 305, which is relatively far from the required score to get an ITA

Also, for PNP, you need to get a job offer first to be qualified.

Thanks leannel for your reply. In addition to previous inquiry i do supplement as below:

Yes, I am Married.
No education / Work experience in Canada.
My CRS score is relatively far behind to get ITA, that is why i am planning for a PNP.
Since my brother-in law is residing there as a PR in Saskatchewan, can't i still have the qualifying score.

Yes, you got additional 30 points from that brother in law and that is already included in your 305 score.
