Inquiry on Placement Sabbatical

I work in the Statistics Section, Information Technology Unit of Institute of Agricultural Research and Training, Moor Plantation, Ibadan, Nigeria from 1995 to date as Principal Technical Officer II (Statistics). In the institute where Basic and Applied Agricultural researches are carried out, my main responsibility is to design experiments and analyze data obtained from field, laboratory, surveys and glass house experiments conducted by researchers.
I will like anyone advise me on how to go about securing placement for Sabbatical leave in Canada. Please urgent response will be highly appreciated.
