After being stuck at RBVO for more than 4 months, i have decided to send a case specific inquiry to London VO. Can someone please share with me the wordings that i should include and the email address of the VO.Thanks

File in your details in the form that there is for Inquiry, your file number etc etc.

Then you can write as follows (Just an advice):

Dear Sir/Madam,
I applied for Permanent Resident as FSW and my application was received on xyz date at CIO. I received PER on xyz date.

My application was forwarded to London VO and became RBVO on xyz date.

Dear Sir/Madam, my application has been RBVO since 4 months, and I have not received any update on its status.
I will be obliged if you can provide me with an update regarding the status of my application.
