Inquiry for uncle Visitor visa

Hii, Can I apply my uncle's visitor visa during my convocation along with parents? My uncle has rejection history from Canada, US, and UK as well.
can I apply for three of them or will there be risk of rejection?

Can anybody help please!!!

He can apply but his application is separate from your parents. He is not a dependant. He shows his own funds, travel history, ties to home country and he must declare all refusals.
