Hi. I am from Philippines currently working as a Department Secretary at one of the biggest hospital in Taguig City, Ph for 5 years and counting.

My husband has 6 years of work experience and counting. We are both college graduates.

Honestly, because of the pandemic and lack of skilled work experiences, it is tough to find the right job or pathways.

Unfortunately, we also have a low CRS score.

Any suggestions of what pathway is fit for my husband and I?

Depends on your education level and NOC if you fit any provincial nomination program. Do you have family in Canada to claim extra points.

We are recently requested for a copy of our TOR from the university where we graduated.
What ECA would you recommend? Which one is better, IQAS or WES? And we don’t have family in Canada, but my husband has a family in California, US. Is it counted or no?

Having American family is of no benefit for Canadian immigration. As for ECA, it depends on your degree (masters, honour). You can apply to both. More important is your NOC and whether you have in demand occupations.
