Seniors pls give your comments after review of my job duties. I have IT management experience of almost four and half years. My first designation was as senior supervisor (eight months), then assistant manager (three years) and lastly Deputy manager (six months).
Kindly suggest me that if my duties corresponds to NOC 0213 . Duties are as follows:-
• The role functions in administrative, supervisory and management capacity to manage Data Center, Disaster Recovery site and IT departments of IGI Investment Bank Ltd. Lahore and Faisalabad branches and reports to Head of IT, Senior Vice President
• In charge to manage Data Center, DR site and above branches IT departments
• To plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of Data Center, DR site, branches banking and other financial information systems
• The development and implementation of IT disaster recovery policies and other IT standard operating procedures at regional level
• To recruit, evaluate and train non-management IT support staff
• The supervision of Data center support staff working locally and remotely to manage data center infrastructure, financial applications, EDP, data backups, system administration and network monitoring and Disaster Recovery testing
• Meets with branch management and users to discuss any new system requirements, specifications, costs and timelines
• To manage expenditures and Budget of Data center and branches IT departments
