Hello, so I need some guidance,
I am currently pregnant and would like to process an application to have my mother-in-law and father-in-law to come and watch my child when I go back to work, as I am aware that many people have do this instead of pay those extra charges of putting your child into daycare because it can be super pricy having a baby and then having to put them in daycare ect.
I am wondering which process is best a Grandparents Super Visa or just to apply as a regular visitor to visit your child or grandchildren. I am sure that you need life insurance for both and I am little confused about the length of time that they can stay at a time in a year.
I am not worried about the cost or fee that you would have to pay as there is a fee for everything which is understandable. But I just need some guidance on how to bring my in-laws that would be coming from Iran. and they would 110% be going back as they do have kids and homes in Iran. Im also aware that I would need to have proof of income and a letter of invite which I also have no problem with.
Thank you!

Really depends on your case...
Do they plan to stay for more than 4-6 months? If not, TRV is much more convenient (and can be extended). Super visa is more a hassle.

I am unsure if they can apply for Grandparents Super Visa, since the host (grandchild) is a newborn...

You can apply for Super Visa if the host is related to the applicants such as your Husband but only if he is a PR or Canadian Citizen. He will have to show proof of LICO for 4 or 5 people for 1 year with medical insurance worth $100,000.

From your in laws side, they must show home ties.
