Yes submit the checklist.
Put your documents in order of the checklist. Staples aren't necessary.
If the sponsor works in Canada they must submit a NOA as according to the checklist.
She is sponsoring you - 1 person
The guide lists which forms she needs to fill out.

please how can she get notice of assessment? She started working in November she only has an employment letter and her pay slip ..

You should start by reading the guide and going through the checklist (imm5533e), you will get all the info there, including where to get the NOA/Option C, and what to do if the sponsor cannot get/submit NOA

I used paper clips but yes use the guide.

I believe the answer is 2 people on the application as its the amount of applicants including the sponsor.

But read the guide it has answers to every section
