Hey there guys! we are submitting our application today but ran through some problems and unfortutely wont be able to send it today. Do you guys think it will be alright to be a day late?

we are applying after our year requirement of cohabiting together. her visitor visa ends and she wouldnt have status. what can we do? thank you for your fast reply btw!

You should apply to extend stay though if she is out of status you need to apply to restore her status. If youre applying for an owp shell need valid status.... applying for pr does not give any status

since yesterday was when her visitor visa ended, just for clarification do we then apply for restore or extension?

You have to restore. She has no legal status in canada. She will not qualify for a work permit until she has legal status.

No but know she will have no status in canada until it is restored should they decide to do so... and she wont be eligible for a work permit
