Hi. The AOR should be an email sent to you (sponsor) with the application no and the name of your wife under it. Something like this.

Subject: Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada: Information about FXXXX Correspondence Id: 2-XXXX
UCI: XXXXX
Application No.:XXXXX
Quote these numbers when corresponding with our office.

Next step:
If your sponsored family members are between 14 and 79 years old, they and their

That is AOR but you should also see application no. and her name in there

That’s the issue, I do not see any UCI number or her name

That's actually normal, unfortunately. In most cases you'll get the biometrics and medical requests fairly soon, either of which usually has those. (I think, I'm not 100% up to date, but then neither is IRCC)

she can link the application to GCkey and find her UCI there

Hello everyone, I have a question. Can I leave Canada while my inland spousal sponsorship application is in progress? Will it have any impact on my application? I would appreciate your responses.

Guess you didn't like the answer @Armoured95 provided?

No one can answer that with absolute certainty. You have to weigh the consequences yourself.

Current IRCC policy is that `short trips' are ok, but...what does that mean?
Also, there is, generally, no guarantee that CBSA will allow you to re-enter Canada if you leave. If you reach the all-important AIP stage before leaving, your chances would seem to be better.

Unlike an Outland application (which could have been submitted from inside Canada), Inland applicants are cautioned because if they are denied re-entry by CBSA, their application is toast.

Even if I have Open work permit?

And for my status, my biometric and eligibility have been approved and background is in progress.

I repeat that as long as you have a visa or ETA that's still valid (an OWP on its own is not a document allowing travel), you should be okay.

We just can't offer you certainty.
