Inland Spousal - OWP: Original purpose of visit

Hi everyone,
Hope you all are safe!!

I had a question in IMM5710 - OWP form for my wife's Inland Spousal Application.
My wife is in Canada with me on her TRV and the purpose of visit was "Tourism" when we applied for her TRV with no reference to me.
There is point 2 in page 3 COMING TO CANADA section in IMM5710 asking for "Original purpose of visit".

I am really confused whether I should mention "Tourism" or I can mention "Other" - visiting Husband as this was her Original purpose while entering Canada. However, while applying got TRV it was Tourism.

Really appreciate your help on this. Thanks in advance!!!

PS: I tried to find the answers before starting a new thread, but could not find exact scenario.

I have one more question in the same form Question number 7: Current Country or Territory residence. In that, what should be the "To Date" as my wife is still here and planning to stay here till our spousal application is processed.

I would put tourism. Keep it consistent with the reason on original document.

Should it be the same date as when I "Validate" the document?
