Inland sponsorship

My brother applied for his wife sponsorship in Canada-she is on visitor visa here.
They returned their file because of something missing.

they re-submitted the application on 15 Mar 2023.
Is there someone in same boat or how long it is taking them to send AOR

I applied on March 14 and got the AOR on April 12, but one of my friends applied on March 12 and got AOR on April 2. It's really a russian roulette when it comes to IRCC
