So here is the situation , I am Canadian born citzen , and so are my kids , but my wife is of Syrian origin . I would like to sponsor her , is there an amount of money that I must earn in order to be eligible as a sponsor ?

There is no minimal income required to sponsor your spouse.
You will be required to show your proof of income. IRCC will look to see that you have means for supporting your family,
but no specific income level is required. If you are employed, or have savings which generate income, have an address,
you will meet the requirement.
