Hi everybody :)
I have a question about the checklist, me and my wife-soon-to-be started filling the application package, we check everything we fill out but there are things that are not quite clear regarding if they apply to us or not, in the checklist form it says:

For both of you:
1- Photocopy of marriage certificate.
2- photocopy of divorce, annulment, separation or death certificates, if either of you were previously married.
3- Proof of your common-law relationship (e.g evidence of joint bank, trust, credit union or charge card accounts etc...)
4- photographs of marriage or common-law relationship ceremony, if applicable.
5- Proof of your conjugal relationship (e.g commitment, housing and financial arrangements, social activities etc..)
6- Declaration of severance of common-law relationship.

Numbers 1 & 4 apply to us of course, Numbers 2 & 6 don't.
What about numbers 3 and 5? Do they apply? or we just leave them unchecked?

Thanks a lot!

Anyone please?:)

Hi!
If you guys are married then only no 1 and 4 are relevant.

Thank you so much!
I'm sorry if this question sounds dump but i have no experience in the feild, if something doesn't apply to us what do we do in the checklist? we don't check it? or write NA on its line?
Thank you!!

Thank you!!

Write N/A for anything that doesn't apply.

Thank you so much!

If you don't mind i have another question, my wife-to-be is gonna change her family name to mine right after the wedding? will that slow down the process? do we have to send immigration anything after she changes her name? her current signature will change with her name, will that affect us in the process or make her signature on the application no valid?

Thanks a lot!

Anyone please? :)

She will need to send a copy of the name change certificate. It will not effect the process or invalidate her signatures.
