Inland sponorship for medical but no valid ids expired passport,out of status

Hi there can somebody help me CIC sent me an email for medical but when i’m booking an appointment a lady said I can’t perform medical without valid passport or valid ids. What will I do now?

Even you show the letter from CIC? Try to present your expired passport with the letter from cic. I have a friend same your situation and she just present her old expired passport and cic letter.

You need to renew your passport you gonna need it on your landing appointment.
