I'm looking for some advices for INLAND rehab application seems like I cannot seem to find any cases like us as I assume it's mostly applied OUTLAND due to its condition.
My girlfriend could enter Canada(Montreal) with TRP as she had a valid job offer. She was entitled to apply for rehabilitation as her due has passed more than 5 years(it isn't serious at all, just a mistake when she was younger).
She sent all her application and has Canada post tracking that the Montreal office received her files on 2020 March 28th. It's been more than a year but we still haven't heard anything ever since, not even a file number.
Web form cannot be requested as we don't have the file number yet, there is not much information going on CIC website rather than just say 'it takes long'.
But is it normal to not have the file number until now? I'd really appreciate on your kind advice. Thank you,
