Hi all I have a general question with regards to the inland PGP application process.
Does inland PGP application right now always require to collect passport for immigration visa prior to landing or at any time during the process? Or this step can be skipped for inland applicants (i.e virtual landing via the PR portal)?
The reason for asking this question is that the application is for my parents who are currently in Canada on super visa, but they might need to keep the passport by their side and be able to travel back at moment notice due to a family reason.
