Inland OWP application question

We submitted our application for PR and OWP and waiting for a respond from CIC so my question is if my husband does get his OWP does he have rights to leave Canada to see his family back in his country and still able to enter Canada back again?

Thats a bummer. Considering the inland application takes longer Im sure they would want to visit their families at some point......

That's why usually it's better to apply outland.

My spouse applied inland and was unable to travel back to see her family for over a year, but honestly that is not a big deal because we live in Canada. When you live in another country, you live there. Some years I don't travel at all .
