Inland or Outland?

Hello guys!
We're in te process of applying for PR and I'm on a visa out here in Canada already in a visa which expires in February 2013. Can I still send it to Mississauga? I'm signed under a lease with my common law partner.. Hope somebody can make it clear for me! Much appreciated

Hey Line.A,

you can apply outland while in Canada, no problem, plenty of people do it. It doesn't give you a work permit or anything special in Canada, so you need to be sure that you remain legal in Canada, but apart from that, it should be fine. So if you have already sorted out how to stay in Canada until february 2013, you can apply outland.
