Inland or Outland to apply for spouse

Hi All,

Hope all well.
I have a quick question.
1) At present i am in india and waiting for the offer from canada empoyer.
2) I am confused whether I can start applying for my wife as process takes 6-7 months
3) Also..i see the application needs to sent to missuigua even if we apply from india..
4) As she is in india..will it again come to New delhi office for further processing..if i apply sponsorship from canada
5) how long it will take ..if i apply from canada..and is that the best method to do....

also..need help in filing the form

please suggest.

In order to apply Inland, your wife would have to be in Canada.

If you are a PR, you must be residing in Canada in order to qualify to sponsor your spouse, and if she doesn't already have a TRV, then you have to apply through Mississauga and then they send the application to New Delhi to be processed.

Again, you MUST be in Canada in order to sponsor her, so it will take an average of 6 months to be processed from New Delhi.
