Inland or Outland Spousal Application - Spouse in India

Hi All,

First of all apologies for starting a net new thread.
I am new to this and am getting more and more confused, anxious, and now reaching a level of frustration with this process.
I have contacted multiple consultants and the way they communicate, building trust in them is getting more and more difficult.

I have made up my mind that if possible I will try to save some time and money and complete my application myself.

Me - Sponsor

1. Married
2. PR holder in Canada
   Citizenship Application in the process (AOR received)
3. Married in May 2021
4. Still in India (stuck due to flight ban)
5. Planning to travel back to Canada ( yes, as soon flights resume)

My - Spouse ( to be sponsored)

1. Location - India
   Education - MBA( if this helps)
2. Occupation working in an MNC

I would like to understand -

1. I should go for Inland or Outland? Which is faster?
2. Someone suggests you can use her PR biometric to process her visitor visa, is this true and how does this helps?
3. how to select WhatsApp chats for proof of relationship,? i need to get those translated ?
4. any other proof of relationship document i must create?
5. please guide me if am missing anything?

Apply for trv for spouse. If she does not get, then outland is the only option.

Either way do not apply for PR sponsorship before you return to Canada. (you can apply for trv while sponsor abroad)
