Hi all

I'm currently on a TRV in Canada and applied for an open work permit recently. Cic website says it would take roughly 6 weeks. Has anyone got their OWP within those time frames?

It looks like you have applied for PR through spousal sponsorship. If so, the processing time for the OWP is 4 months (not 6 weeks). The processing times posted on the IRCC site don't apply to OWPs issued through spousal sponsorship.
