My cec application was refused due to some missing documents in feb 2021. Later I filed judicial review and got settled. Ircc opened case again in july 2021. I have uplaoded all the documents. When i called customer care, they mentioned that security and eligibility is in progress. Also, they said that my file transferred to New delhi. Now i worried. Is it something normal they transfer application to new delhi?
