It is extremely unlikely that it will take over 2 years for Calgary to look at your application. Order your FOSS notes.

WOW.. they realy said 2012?? thats ridiculous, Im dealing with vegreville to our app could also go to Calgary cic. do things realy take that long? thats a lot longer than they say thats over two years??

I went to the Calgary CIC last week and they said it could be longer than february 2012, I dont know what to do.. wait or withdraw and do an outland application... How can I do to get my FOSS? where should I send those? Calgary or Vegreville?

Fernandita,
Applications without first stage approval takes min of 24 to 30 months. calgary office has min 22 months waiting period.Sometimes more then 22 months.

Thanks Im going to get those.. Yes I know but im just desperate.. I didnt know it was going to take to long.... :(

Fernandita,
Forgot to ask you, what is your status in canada ? if you have a valid status then you can go out of Canada , but if you don't then overstay will be negative point for outland application.

I dont have a status in Canada, Im going to apply for student visa and maybe do the outland application if i dont heard anything before next fall...

I applied inland. My timeline:
Applied in may 2006
File transfered to Calgary march 2007
Got AIP in Nov 2009
For landing interview letter still waiting.

Ohh Its too long!! So I should wait for my First Stage Approval in 2011!! :o Just if Im lucky...
