I would like to know if it is advisable to apply for my kids to come here in Canada under visit visa and then apply for sponsorship under common-law. I am currently holding a international student permit, I stop my studies because we are planning to apply for common law. I am thinking to bring my kids here before we apply. Is this a good idea???
