Hello everyone I sent my inland application in April 2011. I attached my FBI report and the medical proof. I just realized they're valid for one year. Even if I stayed in canada all the wating time. do I have to re-submit this documents once CIC reviews my app? Thank You for ur info.

They will ask for new ones if they need them. For now, don't worry too much on it.
How old were your FBI report and medical when you sent them in?

The FBI record report is from FEB-2011. and the medical for APRIL 2011. I sent my application the same week I received them. I really didnt know that I could've sent my application without those documents. :(

Its actually best that you send it with the documents. Immigration actually has the ability to extend the validity of medicals if needed. Everything should work out okay. You shouldn't have to worry about at least the medical but if you worry about the FBI report, you could always get another one closer to AIP time and send it to them again. Ask them to attach it to your file and send a letter along with it labeling all your information relating to your application so they can find and attach it easily. If they need a new medical though, it is best wait and see if they even request one. Otherwise you could waste money if they decide to extend the validity. No need in worrying until you are given something to worry about. Right now you haven't got a thing to worry about.
