Hi,

I am Canadian (from Quebec) and my wife is Spanish. We live in UK and we would like to move to Quebec via the inland spousal sponsorship.
I would start moving back to Quebec and my wife would enter first as 'visitor' and we would then apply inland.
By doing this, I understand she will be allowed to work within 3 month approx. but how does it work in terms of health coverage? When will she be entitled to the public healthcare? Would she need to buy a private health insurance for 1year or more if the process is delayed?
Also, can I sponsor her within the 1st week when I moved back to Canada? Or I need to wait a few month myself before being allowed to sponsor inland?

As she is Spanish, does she needs a visitor visa or her passport is sufficient? At the border, does she need to declare she is entering for tourism or immigration purposes?

Can my wife use her UK driving license in Canada for 1 year or more until she gets the PR and then convert it to Canadian driving license?
