Was wondering the circumstances, with the waiting my head swims with problems that might arise...

I understand that if your Inland application is denied you can not appeal the application. After this decision can you apply Outland? Or once denied, will always be denied no matter what?

You can apply outland, but you must overcome the reason for the refusal.

Thank you PMM =)

Every negative scenario runs through my head. Not, that there is a reason for refusal, its just something that probably goes through every applicants mind while waiting for the decision.

Cheers !
