Hi good folks at canadavisa,

I have received my WES evaluation, and one issue worries me, is that, my name on my Degree's certificates have intials instead of full name.
Fortunately, my name on my WES credentials, matches my passport full name.

for example:
if full name is : John English Doe , name on degree certs are: John E D

would this be a trouble down the lane when i apply for PR ? is there any thing i can/should do? Please advice.

Regards,
Voyager.

You can always submit a notarised affidavit stating that John English Doe and John E D are the same person.

Forgive my knowledge about legal issues/ document, should the affidavit be addressed to IRCC ? or it doesn't have to addressed to anyone in particular, but just a declaration about the fact that both names are one and the same?

A notarised affidavit is usually addressed To Whomsoever It May Concern.

An official notary will be conversant with the legal language needed.
