I applied for an initial study permit while inside Canada using form IMM 5709. I applied on February 28 and changed my DLI on my application on May 1 due to choosing to switch schools. However my application has had zero updates since then. It still looks the same the week I submitted it. I called the IRCC and they twice flagged my application for faster processing, first time some months ago and a second time just two days ago.
