I have received an offer from Centennial College for Global Business Management - May 14 Batch. I have a few questions, would be great if someone could help me out with these.

1. Where is it preferable to stay - College Residence or off campus? If offcampus, where do i find good, reasonable and close to college accomodation.
2. How much cash do I need to carry on my arrival
3. What are the Basic things that I need to carry

I will add on my questions as and when i remember. ;)

Anyone joining the same program for the same Intake can get in touch with me via Facebook (Search for Ansu Iyer)

Thanks

1. off campus is more cost effective. College residence is a hole in your wallet :D

2. about 2000 dollars should be sufficient. unless you want to party every weekend downtown :D

3. basic things depends on how you define basic. is it with regard to winter clothing that your asking. pls specify

Thanks for the reply..!! I have some additional questions:

Where do i search for accommodation? I guess it would be better if I arrange for my stay before I reach there. ;)

By basic things, I meant Electronics, Kitchen appliances, clothing etc.

Thanks..!!

I do not know about your country but electronics is cheaper in Canada than in Europe.
Utensils ( except pots and pans and silverware) - at Dollar store. Closing.. you are coming in May, then some light jacket, a sweater , by winter you will buy something for cold weather.

you cant fight the cold here by clothes from asia.

electronics just get basics - laptop phone ipad.

kitchen items - if you want to get something - then get a pressure cooker lol.
