INITIAL ASSESSMENT GOT ME ELIGIBLE INTO EXPRESS ENTRY

HI Guys,

I need a bit of a suggestion. I had done my initial assessment done by one of the consultant and today I got reply from them as I will be eligible for Express Entry under FSW catagory.

I am qualified under NOC 2173

I am quite confused weather to apply or not as they told me that I have to pay them right now $2300 USD to start my application. Can I know guys how the process works ? As I am eligible for Express Entry what is the next step. I wanted to know the process so that I can move up with them.

If you are a fairly smart person and with at least part of a brain, you could do this yourself. My wife and I did it on our own and we got PPR yesterday.
