initial application ,if is to be rejected when u rescieve it back any one knows

hi to all
dear as i have filled my initial application my self and have sent to NS canada . it reached there on 16 oct 2009 at there FSW intake office if there is any mistake in my application then how manny days it will take get it back does any one knows and if u dont get it back that means it has been approved and then wewill get replies bt 2 to 3 months time is it so?????? plz share

How much time does( CIO NS Sydney canada) takes to reject the application and if money has been withdrawn from the bank that means file is in process or ,still there is any thing to come ? i means (rejection)
one month has passed fingures crossed

Once your application is received by CIO, Sydney, you should expect a response within a month or so. Give it a week or two more before you think of contacting the CIO. If by any chance CIO rejects your application (provided you miscalculated your points or that your occupation does not fall under NOC or that they are unable to encash your DD), you will receive the refund in 2-3 months. They also send a letter explaining why the rejected your application.

i sent the chq not DD it was of the bank called (bank of nova scotia)
it was encashed from here from my account when i made that CHQ.But the thing is i have not got any reply from CIO .How can i contact them and for how long i shud wait my NOC code was 3142 and points were also okey .funds shown were also enough

these days ns takes about 2-3 months to respond to fsw app. so wait till then. don't get panic.
