My college is start from 6th january 2020, and i want to come to canada in about 10th november 2019 as i got the visa, so will there be a problem if i come that early ?

General advice is 3-4 weeks before classes start but if you are able to show you can support yourself financially without working until classes start then possible you should be ok, although nobody here can of course predict as will depend on the CBSA officer you are faced with on entry.
