You need to share more information. If is a job offer letter providing flights, accommodation and even food it is likely a scam. Also a scam if you are asked to pay anything and send them copy of passport and education documentation. Copy the email here with personal details removed but include the email it came from
There was a similar email earlier this week from same place claiming a subsidiary of cnrl offering jobs which was a scam.

We can make it possible if only you submit the Requirement/Documents needed by us ( HIGH COMMISSION NEW DELHI) at the right time.
Any applicant that is applying for a work visa/Residence Permit is entitled to pay the Application/Registration Fee of $ 601 CAD, which in equivalent to your National currency, it is a sum total of Rs.31,500 Kindly notice that you have to deposit your visa charges before we can start your visa registration.

As soon as you make the payment scan and send the payment slip to my email in order to attach it to your file for submission, the process will take 7-14 working days only and when we finish the process we will send you and your family an invitation letter to come to the Canada Embassy.

100 percent fake there will be no job and any money you pay will be gone . Clues are no interview and no employer
will pay for flights plus impossible for any permit in 7-14 days more like months. The bank account looks like a private account and nothing to do with Canadian Government plus why would they convert to
USD not Canadian ?
