I Was Deported From Airport In USA On Visitor Visa.So Can I Go To Canada On Visitor Visa?
Why were you deported? Granting the visa would be up to IRCC and on merits of your application. You can explore how to apply for a visa and see what happens.

I Was Deported From USA Because Immigration Officer Had Doubts & Some Proofs That I Am Going To Stay In USA For Long Time And They Refused My Entry In USA For 5 Years.
Right Now I Am Planning To Go To Canada For Travel So Do I Have To Face Problem Because Of Deportation??

You must declare the US deportation + ban.

Canada and the US share immigration information. Failure to declare your US immigration history could result in another ban for misrepresentation by Canada as well.

You can certainly apply for a TRV. But, don't make any travel plans yet as chances of a TRV approval (or any other temporary visa) are almost zero

Actually I Just Found Out That I Was Not Deported,They Removed Me Or You Can Say They Found Me Inadmissible And Refuse My Entry.
Will It Effect My Entry To Canada?
