I have stayed in Ontario for almost 5 years(2011-2016). I have graduated from college with a 2-year diploma. I had applied for PGWP but it was rejected so I had to come back to my homeland. I had 1 month professional job experience there and 4+ years in my country.
Is there any stream through which i can apply.
Help would be appreciated.

You can apply through the FSW program through Express Entry. You'll want to score around 470 to have a good chance of being selected.

CEC is not an option since you don't have a year of work experience in Canada.

You can also look into the PNP programs.
