Hi the personal history section has thrown me for a loop. I worked for 25 yrs that part is easy but the past 5 yrs I only worked here and there as I am retired and I traveled alot the past 5 yrs. I drove and did not keep records never knew I would need them. I have been all over the US plus prob 10 visits to Ca......I will be guessing writing a time line my grown children and husband to be have been trying to brain storm with me I just do not have exact dates. Suggestions please

Hey Gypsy...

i am not really sure what your question is... what are you having trouble with?

As long as the visit is less than six months, then it isn't that important to give detailed accounts (although surely you would be able to give approx dates from your passport?). If you were in any country over six months, then you woud have to supply a police check from each country that you had been in.

Re: Information please about filing out the personal history part

I do not have any passport stamps as I am from the US
It says any gaps in time will cause delay in processing.......I have no way of stating the exact dates I worked in 2005 and 2008 and right now for a few months......but the rest of the time I traveled to Florida, Texas, Wi and to see my b/f in Ca....just in and out I never knew I would have to account for everywhere I have been.
Can I just say retired 5 yrs back worked irregularly at these dates( give the dates) and traveled to see family, friends and boyfriend.....vague I know but better than making up dates.

ADD thanks just saw you said approximate dates were fine

You were traveling, though, right? In the sense that you had a permanent house or apartment, and left it for a coouple of weeks to go to Florida, then came back, then a few months later left for a month to travel to California, and then came back. If this is what you were doing, I don't think you have to list each trip or where you were. Just say you were living at your permanent residence. The casual work - just put the approximate dates and explain.

Thank you Canadianwoman....thats what I was asking............or trying to lol.
I was freeked out thinking I had to write down all the trips to see my kids and on and on. You are right I had a home now I feel better.
