My mother and brother and I are refugees, luckily my brother found private sponsorship and was Resttllleled to Canada, now he wants to sponsor us through family sponsorship is it possible? Sadly other options like SHS and five group's is gonna take long time to find and he need 4 people for five group wich he doesn't know ? On chatgpt it say he can sponsor you through family class sponsorship would that work for refugees?

He cannot sponsor you through family sponsorship. It is lottery based and the program has not been open to new profiles since 2020 plus he must make LICO for at least 3 years for the number of people in your family. So this is not an option for many years. How old are you and your brother?

Agreed that Group of Five and sponsorship agreement holders program are your best option right now. Probably Group of Five is most realistic.
