I am from Nepal and have completed my master degree in Telecommunication System Engineering from India. I have worked in telecommunication sector for 4 years(1 years as an installation and maintenance engineer in optical fiber communication and 3 years as a Manager(project and Administrative). I want to settle in Canada and do a professional job. Is there an opportunity to do a professional job as per my study. If yes in which state and how can i apply for PR.
