I am working in Toronto from Jan 2019 to till date with Closed work permit as Intra Company Transfer. Since, my CRS score is bit less for PR and I am planning to apply for Open work permit. Is it possible to apply? please advise.

On what basis are you planning on applying for an open work permit?
