Hello to all. I am applying for a study permit in Canada as i got admission in Concordia University Quebec. I want to know what is the MIDI process. I saw on Quebec website that if you have MIDI then you will not able to apply for CAQ. you can direct then apply for study permit. Please guide me about this. Thank you

Ummm..... MIDI is short had for Ministry of Immigration, Diversity and Inclusion. CAQ is short for for Certificate of Acceptance of Quebec. CAQ is required to study in Quebec. You need to apply for CAQ , only then will you be allowed to apply for Study permit, there are no exceptions.

They are the ones who issue the CAQ. It's like asking what is the significance of the Ministry of External Affairs for the application for a passport.

No, but most provinces have their own website dedicated to their PNP programs, it should be easy to find out whatever information you want.
