Information about getting banned for 5years

If someone gets banned from Canada for five years can he/she apply for USAAustralia and is there any chance that person will get the visa?

Depends:

1. Why were you banned?

2. If asked on the form, you must declare your refusal, your ban, and all other details.

3. The US will know about the ban and refusal, so you MUST be honest with any US application.

Australia , New Zealand , US , Canada , UK share their data. If country bans , the other countries know , and one has to be really lucky to get visa . One should be honest in the application , just because some people get away , does not mean everyone will. Be honest , they will appreciate it even if there is some fault.
