Information about changing university in Study permit online form

Hello to all. I hope all are doing well. I was admitted in concordia university montreal Quebec but now i got admit in university of calgary and i want to change my university name in Study permit online because i already wrote Quebec province for my stay. Anyone please help me how to change the province in the study permit online form. Thank you
